Specialist pond pumps

Supplied, installed and serviced across Christchurch and Canterbury.

We supply, install and service a variety of pond pumps, including Boyu, Pond Master, Oase and Aqua One.

Pond pumps and filters come in a wide range of features, brands, models and purposes. Some cost less to buy, some cost less to run, and some simply suit your pond better than others. Your budget is always part of the decision, and we are happy to help you choose.

Oase pumps and filters

Oase is a brand we are regularly asked to service. We find their pumps and filters robust and reliable, as long as they are maintained regularly. We can do that monthly as part of our usual pond maintenance, or as a one-off or annual service, depending on the pond.

Why Oase pumps work well

  • Reliable systems for ponds and waterfalls.
  • Energy efficient EC motors, which save power and money.
  • Stepped hose connectors make it easy to fit different hose sizes, and the ball joint moves in any direction.
  • Models are matched to the flow rate and power use you need.
  • The pump switches itself off if it is blocked or runs dry, which prevents damage, even in ice and snow.
  • Large wrap-around cage filters let debris, waste and algae up to 8mm pass through.

Oase pumps we supply and service: Aquamax Eco, Aquamax Premium and PondMax.

Why Oase filters work well

  • Mechanical, biological and UV filtration combined, for crystal clear water.
  • Robust and durable, built to handle the weather.

Filters we supply and service: Filtoclear (UVC clarifier and filter) and Oase all-in-ones (pump, filter and UV in one unit).

How often does a pump need servicing?

Oase pumps and filters are relatively easy to maintain, but every pond and pump is different, so servicing can be needed anywhere from monthly to much less often. We can set a maintenance and servicing schedule to suit your pump and your pond, and install or advise if you are starting from scratch.
